Welcome to the Imperial Calcasieu Human Resource Management Association (ICHRMA).  We are an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Our membership is comprised of human resource professionals from the five parish area of southwest Louisiana.

Membership in ICHRMA can provide a network for finding answers to many of today's challenging human resource related questions. Contacts that are made by becoming a member are invaluable when there is a need for current information or advice from fellow colleagues.

The purpose of the Association is to promote a better understanding of the challenges affecting those engaged in human resource management by:

 - providing forums for exchanging ideas, information and best practices among the membership
 - by promoting professionalism in all phases of human resource administration and industrial relations.
