Welcome... Welcome to the Imperial Calcasieu Human Resource Management Association (ICHRMA). We are an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our membership is comprised of human resource professionals from the five parish area of southwest Louisiana. Membership in ICHRMA can provide a network for
finding answers to many
of today's challenging human resource related questions. Contacts that are made by becoming a member are invaluable when there is a need for curent information or advice from fellow colleagues.
The purpose of the Association is to promote a better understanding of the challenges affecting those engaged in human resource management by:
- providing forums for exchanging ideas, information and best practices among the membership;
- by promoting professionalism in all phases of human resource administration and industrial relations.

PHR/SPHR certification study group sessions will start August 4th. All ICHRMA members are welcome to attend at no charge. A fee of $60.00 will be charged to non-members. You may attend any session at any time. For more information please contact Petula Glaspie at pglaspi@citgo.com
